Bubble tea? That's a new one, I haven't heard of it before. Is it like carbonated tea?

Nope. I'm not 100% sure what it's made of, even though I've had it many times. There are also a lot of different varieties. I usually have chocolate flavoured milk tea, although there are black teas and green teas and all sorts of stuff on the menu at bubble tea places.

They are cold drinks, usually milky or fruity flavoured, and what makes them "bubble" tea are the little balls of tapioca that they put in the drink. You drink it with a really thick straw so that you can suck up the tapioca balls and chew them while you're drinking. It's fun!

Bubble tea places around here are often the only places open past midnight, so they are very popular hangouts.

Oh man, I LOVE bubble tea. There are lots of places in Vancouver that sell bubble tea, but since I moved back to the east coast, they're few and far between.

Wow, am I the only one around here creeped out by bubble tea? The bubbles are so slimy and they really bother me... And my mind does not take well to when it's thinking it's drinking tea but it tastes like milk. Weird.... O.O

I think I want to change my vote. It was hot chocolate anyway, but I remembered how I like it this morning when I went to 7/11 on the way to class. If you get some French vanilla in the cup, only about 2/5ths of the cup ,and then put hot chocolate in there, it has the best of both worlds! Hot chocolate with a hint of french vanilla... I add some milk to mine to make it less hot.

Edit: My apologies for the double post, but I was a bit unsure of if I should post again or add to that one, even though the two comments had almost nothing to do with one another...

Edit again: I just realized that I actually chose tea as my vote! I'm such a ditz =p

Arrg! Tough choice, I love hot chocolate AND iced tea...coffee I don't have much at all.Pretty much never.EVER.Ah,it's probably just my age...I'm older than 10 but younger than 15,I'll give you that. I ended up choosing hot chocolate,because it's so good,especially with all the toppings(whipped cream,marshmellows,etc.).Mmmm....I drink iced tea WAY more than hot chocolate,but I don't really like the hot kind so I guess it doesn't count as much as Hot chocolate does.Yay chocolate!
