Does anyone who got the Famitama DVD know what it is used for?

The info I've read and heard about the DVD have mentioned that it acts mostly as some sort of combination between Home Deka and TamaTown.com.
You play games with DVD player remote controller, gain points/G-money, buy items and all the information between Tama and the DVD game work with the passwords like in V4s/V4.5s and TamaTown.

I might be wrong. Someone who has the DVD correct me if necessary.

I dont own it but you would put in your DVD get a password from your famitama  then play games you get prizes and enter the prize code into your famitama just like tamatown
