Travel Ticket

How do I get a travel ticket?
And how long does it take for the shop to be restocked on my tama?
There aren't anymore items to buy there.

Occasionally, your shop will stock travel tickets of varying prices to different destinations. It's completely random which one you'll get, or how often you'll get one?

The shop restocks items every morning, at 3:00 pm, and then again at 7:00 pm, if I'm not mistaken.
