4.5 careers. Help me please!!!

My Tenpatchi just got a career.
And when I click on the heart icon thing and go to work, I have no clue how to do my job!
I got the T.V. job.
There's like this one dot moving over some other dots.
What do I do??

I'm thinking that is the newsreader job? I've never had it before but if that is the one you're talking about, HERE is a link to someone who explained it on another site.
