Banned?

Apparently, I'm banned from the Live Chat...I have no idea why, I usually log in as __alexa or alexa_ or something, because the name "alexa" is already registered somewhere else on the client....

can someone help me out?

We were having some problems with this one person in the chatroom at the time you post that message.

We had to ban everybody who came in the channel through EWC or Mimitchi.com chat portal but the ban should be off now.

Try to join the chatroom again and reply here if it doesn't work still. I try to find solution to the problem.

Alexa, when was the last time you visited TSS chatroom?
Tell at least the day, so I can figure which of the hostmask bans in the channel's ban list is the one that prevents you from coming in.

There's about 10 bans in the list and I can't remove them all. Most of them are set by bot/server and I assume they are set in every channel in EWC server.

Well I just tried again, it's Saturday Dec. 8th 4:36 PM Pacific time...would it have anything to do with my name? Do you need an IP?

I ran this problem by Wiggymaster, one of the admins that is on everywherechat.com, where TSS's chatroom is at. He found a possible domain after searching around. I've PM'd her the information he gave me, as showing it publicly would not be a wise choice.

If the domain he showed me is hers, then obviously one of the other support staff banned her domain for some reason, which would explain why she can't get on, and she would have to take it up with Wiggy or another admin to get it figured out.

If it isn't her domain and her information he showed me, then obviously something is a miss and this stuff will have to be looked into further. Sometimes things like this happen where mistakes in moderating happen...I'm very sure though this has nothing to do with that trouble maker from today. Neither domain or IP from what he looked at matches.

Anyway hopefully this will get her access returned to Alexa.
