I got a cookie dough design a few days ago and my thoughts on the familitchi are...
I love the "no mail" feature and the larger screen. The mail thing was very annoying... even more when it came to sleeping in.
I also love the new characters^-^ and the animations and, well... EVERYTHING! lol well i do.

It looks okay... But I do agree, It DOES look way too easy to do. I just started up my V3 a little while ago, I reset it, played with it until it became a kid, it fell asleep, I played Cubis 2 for... only a couple of hours....      and here I am, now. when they say, "YOU CAN EVEN GET MARRIED!!!!" in the commercial, that's not really a surprise. I think they should keep it the same, but with new characters, I dunno.

I've got a v5 at the moment. I do find it quite easy to care for, but it's okay since I'm running it with my v4, which contrasts quite a lot with my v5 (because I find my v4 quite hard to care for!). Oh yes, I'm running my v1 as well but it's not too hard to care for.

On the v5, you don't have to worry about playing games, but I don't mind the games (not yet anyway). On the v4 you do have to worry about playing games.

On the v5 I think it's interesting to see which character all of the family members evolve into. I only have had it for a couple of days though so my opinion will most probably change. I thought it was rather exciting to see my Pantsutchi/Omututchi evolve into an Ahirukutchi, my Mimifuwatchi evolve into a Sakuramotchi and my Futabatchi evolve into a Mattaritchi.

Now i have both Famitama-litchi and finally i could say what i think! I love there aren't mail features, it was very annoying (they get more mails than humans!), and i think the V5 is a tama for adults and chidrens both! it's easy to take care and with cute animations! I'm on the 2nd Gen and still loving it! I hope to get the Mametchi Family asap! I love the "pet" feature! (Someone could remember when we talked about it 3 years ago on the first mimitchi board? There were rumours for a secret tip to have "pets" in the V2... But, sadly it wasn't true!)
