Ah, alright then, I totally understand. ^^
All I can say is to hope for an American dub then. Hopefully not by 4Kids.

For what it's worth, NicoVideo is not the rights holder either; it's just a fan posting the videos like people do on YouTube all the time. And fansubbing has been around for decades, during which time the anime industry has grown many times larger.
Does that make it legally ok? Of course not. Neither is jaywalking, but I'm pretty sure that the cops won't come knocking on your door in either case...

Joepet:
That's a pleasant position to take considering there's no risk to you. One of the conditions of Kat's hosting agreement is that the content on her site will not be related to the commission of illegal activities. Piracy, no matter how often it's done, or how many people you know do it all the time, is illegal.
If it comes about that conversation on these forums lead to the propagation of anything that is *known* to be illegally pirated, i.e. a subbed version of an animated video created with the aide and advice of members of these forums, could very well lead to the cancellation of her hosting contract. Not only that, but it could also endanger her contracts with Google, Amazon.com, YesAsia.com and any other companies that she wishes to do advertising business with.
There are other things to consider than the police when you start engaging in illegal activities, and that is why I'm putting an end to this conversation. Have I made myself clear?

Episode 5 was the best yet...Team Mametchi vs Team KuroMametchi in a school field day competition. Some _very_ intense competition, for a very special prize...

With Brendan's permission, I present to you screenshots from the first episode of "Saa! Iko Tamagotchi"!
(Every episode begins with a short intro; the Tamagotchi Planet is show rotating, while the camera pans out. The title of the show appears in front of the planet, and all of the characters appear from around the screen and cry out "Saa Iko! Tamagotchi!" and Kuchipatchi lands on top of the logo itself, and says Patchi!".)
I don't know this episode's title, but that's okay.
The adventure begins in Tamagotchi Town. I absolutely love how the animation team brought the place to life, for the anime and movie! It looks a lot more realistic now than it did before.
By the way, a TamaDepo is right across from the school. ;P
So what are the students doing today?
All the students of Gorippa Sensei's class are pretty much doing their own thing. Memetchi chats, Furawatchi puts flowers on the desk...you get the idea. ^^
And then, two students arrive!
Makiko arrives, and KuroMametchi appears moments later in the other door. We're shown that Memetchi and Makiko have some sort of rivalry based on absolutely nothing, as most real life preteen and teen girls do. 9_9
Suddenly, Mametchi hears the clock tick. In one minute, class will start, and everybody's just goofing around!
And so Mametchi springs into action!
First, Mametchi wakes up Gozarutchi, our lazy ninja friend who has been hiding on the ceiling. A basketball bounces off Kuchipatchi's head and hits the desk, nearly knocking Furawatchi's flowers off, but Mametchi catches them just in time.
With very little and precious time left, Mametchi snags Tosakatchi's microphone and warns the students that the teacher is on her way. The classmates literally ZIP into their seats! xD
Mametchi finishes dusting for Maidtchi and puts the duster into the closet (which has a living trash can inside it. by the way). He wakes up Gozarutchi again, and throws the basketball away - preferably, into the net and rolling out of sight.
And with that, the clock strikes 9, and Gorippa walks into her class.
And the class says good morning! Interesting to note, Zukyutchi sits where Tanpopo sits in the movie.
Gorippa is very proud of her students, and appreciates the flowers. So she plucks the leaf off her head, writes something on it (some sort of praise, I'm guessing), and slaps it on front of the screen.
I'm taking a trip to Disney, and when I return, I'll have screenshots of episode 2 available!
Goodnight, and happy new years,

Great job Osumesu21!
The title of the first episode in Japanese is "Asa kara Gorippa! Tamagotchi School". "Rippa" is a Japanese word with a lot of different meanings, the closest one to this context being "Well Beahved". So a straight translation would be "Well Behaved from Morning Time! Tamagotchi School"
But of course, by doing that you lose the pun involving Ms. Gorippa's name. So, taking the meaning into account, maybe something like "Belltime Gorippa! Tamagotchi School"?

Joepet, if I may ask, what IS the pun in her name?
Anyway, here are summaries of episodes 4, 5, and 6:
Episode 4, A Day in the Patchi Forest:
One morning, Kuchipatchi decides to take an all day hot bath. Through the whole day, without even moving, we witness weird mud creatures, hot springs spirits, and even Kumatchi (or is it Gumatchi?) stealing drinks. That night, Kuchipatchi also gets visited by Morikamitchi...
Episode 5, Team Battle! Mametchi vs KuroMametchi:
In this episode, Gorippa's class has been divided into two teams, lead my Mametchi and KuroMametchi, as they compete for an amazing prize! After a full day of many competitions, KuroMametchi's team comes out on top. But Mametchi rejuvenates his team's spirit by reminding them of how much fun they had that day, and Principal Earthworm presents KuroMametchi with the prize...a painting of himself!
Episode 6:
Mamametchi has to go out, and leaves ChaMametchi alone at home. ChaMametchi begins surfing through TV channels, until her cell phone begins to glow, and transforms her into a super hero! She then flies off to stop a giant Kumatchi from destroying Mame City and protect her brother!
Later, Mamametchi comes home to see ChaMametchi fast asleep on the couch, and carries her to bed.
Lots of characters make cameo appearances in episode 6...we get to see Ojitchi, Otokitchi, Oyajitchi, Paparatchi, Nikatchi, and a few others as well. ^^
I'll have images and such when I can.
EDIT: One more thing...on the Bandai Channel website, I stumbled upon image previews of episodes 7 through 12!

There's not really a pun in the teacher's name per se. "Gorippa" means "Well-behaved", or someone worthy of praise. So the word "Gorippa" in the Japanese title of the first episode can refer either to the children being (or at least appearing to be) well-behaved, or to the appearance of Gorippa-sensei herself.
Just some slight corrections to your summaries...in Episode 4, Kumatchi didn't steal the drink (a "coffee milk", analygous to an American chocolate milk), but bought it from the "Vending Bird" (
Hanbaitori
). Those spirits and such have proper names as well, though their names escape me as I'm typing this. In Episode 5, Mametchi's consolation speech was more along the lines of "we lost, but you all really tried your best, and as your leader, I'm proud of all of you". Episode 6 was a parody of the Sailor Moon line of magical girl animation. In case it wasn't obvious, that whole sequence was just a dream.
