Sera's "Travel Log".
«

I thought it would be cool to keep a travel log. Instead of blogging about it in my blog, which wouldn't contain much of Tama related stuff, I could do it here. Hehe, call me slow, or whatever, but I never knew it's possible to have laptops + broadband connections aboard. I when I saw Yuna take up hers and start surfing on the net I were all like "Ehh..say what..?".
Day 1.
We're still on the plane. We've been in air for about 11 hours now, and let me tell you, I'm restless! I where able to catch a few couple of Zz's, tho, so I'm happy. I'm not quite sure where we are. Probably still over Europe or Africa? I've no clue. We'll land in Peking for fuel, recharges, etc etc in a while as well. I'd love to get out of the plane but we're only going to stay for 15 minutes. Probably a bit more. Yuna's
great
company! She's either sleeping or, well.. sleeping! Hehe. My Tamagotchi's, which I of course brought with me, are all fine. None paused. Didn't mention I had untabbed 4 other the day before I left. They're all teens, beside those who already where adults. Oh, and
Hiroshi
change into a
Noyorotchi
. I've my little army of Kuchi gotchi's going. All that's left is Kuchipatchi himself. Hehe. I read about your preordered FamiTama's and I'm really sorry. I hope you'll get them soon, tho. I'd really like to hatch mine with you guys. Oh, and they're showing Bewolf on the plane. How cool isn't that?! Ich liebe Angelina Jolie! Did I mention that I'm really, really pshycked? It've finally suken in that I'm on my way to Japan- for the fifth time, I believe! God, I really love it there! It's so beautiful. I'd like to see Mt Fuji this time. I've always said "I will this time" but I somehow seem to forget! However, this time I won't! I wonder if it's snowing over there? Its' not likely, but it'd be cool, wouldn't it!
I'll update this again once we've arrived safe and sound. For now, take care, love your gotchi's, don't forget 'bout your homeworks and have the time of your life!
Best of regards

Well, I'll definitely remember that laptops have service aboard planes from now on. That's some really great info that I never knew! I hope you'll have a wonderful time in Japan. I'll definitely miss you! Try to keep this log up!
...might I add that you should buy a digi camera there too?! =p

I'll remember to do that, in fact I where on a cam hunt today. There's all sort of brands, I can't make up my mind yet.
Day 2.
Well today we've been on all sort of "thingie" hunt. Let me tell you, it's very confussing yet so much fun. I'm in Sibuya. Later in the week, Friday and Saturday, maybe Sunday, we'll visit Tokyo [Tokyo Dome <3]! It's a mighty feeling being a tourist in Japan. Most of the ppl are curious about you and not as money greedy as, say, Turkey. I'm staying at Yuna's place. Her mother is such a lovely lady. This morning, on our way to Yuna's Japanese Class [Lo!] there where lots of pre-school kiddies walking with us as well. Most of them running around me scream-smiling and asking all sorts of stuff. What a great start of the day!Obviously I didn't understand one bit of what they where saying, but I just smiled back and threw out a few couple of "arigatto" every once in a while, which made 'em laugh hysterically.
The weather's freezing cold! There's no snow, tho, but ever so cool. All these high-tec and tall buildings are really impressive.
We went from toy store, to toy store, to Toys R US with no luck. There's not a single Tamagotchi in sight. I saw two little girls fighting over a FamiTama[I think], tho. They where screaming "IT'S MINE! I SAW IT FIRST" and "LET GO, I WANT TO BUY IT!"- Yes, of course Yuna translated. I never knew Tamagotchi's where STILL that huge over here. It makes me fell all warm inside.
Speaking of Tamagotchi's: Bandai sure are sure making everything to promote their animated movie this December in Japan. There's Tamagotchi chicken eggs, milk, candy, posters all over and all sort of stuff! They'll also air a Tamagotchi anime starting in December 1. Luckily I'll be here long enough to watch a few episodes!
I'm telling you, the Tamagotchi craze is
almost
as huge/big as it was in 96-99! And I'm in the midst of it all! It's just too much- I'm about to fall down. This is a Tamagotchi lovers paradise!
Ahh, by the way, the kids over here laughed so hard at my Connexion V4's and said something like "pft, cheap entama ripoffs!", some are fascinated.
I've a hard time a hard time sleeping, for some reason. It's 4:57 in the morning. Oh well. Tomorrow I'll follow Yuna to college/uni, again, then we'll go out meet up with the rest and do all sorts of stuff- and Tama hunt again!
Btw, Anna, you would drool over the sunglasses over here! I've already bought two. I dunno the brand, but they where pretty expensive: about $150. I've yet to figure out the Yen system. It's pretty darn confussing. 1,600 Yen = $14?! Gahh!! X_X
Tamagotchi front: I've my red and pink V4's, White UraTama and G1 running only. I think it sucks you guys have to wait so long for your FamiTamas, but whatever. I'll wait for you.
Jun'Ichi
changed into a adult
Gosutchi
around 10 PM, during Yuna's [unknown] class. I had forgot to mute it so the teacher Mrs Immoto-something, got furious. x_x
My V4's are right now toddlers. Their parents left last [morning] night. The blue one, named
Banna
, short for Banana, changed into a
Puchitchi
while her twin sister,
Mee
, choose another route and changed into a
Mohitamatchi
which pretty much shocked me and left me standing with my jaw dropped. See, both of their parents where in the Meme-family, so it'd be only natural if both of the twins also ended up there, which
Banna
did. However, Mohitamatchi toddlers "belong" to the Kuchi-Family, with a small possibility/chance to turn into a Meme-teen. If she do, however, turn into a Meme-teen she'd break the family chain, and it'd be my first record of it. However, the only way to break the chain is supposedly with a Universal Character, so that's odd. Whatever! I'm glad she's in the Kuchi family now, tho.
My G1 is still alive, and not so demanding anymore.
That's all for Monday! [it's basically a new day, Tuesday, over here! XD]. I won't get used to the massive change of time, neither. +6 hours ahead of Sweden alone. It's 5:17 AM now.. bahh, I'm not sleepy. Anyhow, I gotta go before I wake up both Yuna and her mother. Take care!
PS: You guys, I won't be able to blog/log daily. =/

I really should ask for sleeping pills. I've troubles sleeping at nights, aka now. I've no idea why, either. I'm just not sleepy, that's all, I guess. Or it probably has to do with the time zone differences. I'm usually asleep during Yuna's classes, that might be it! Anyway today has been lots of fun. Our never ending search for/after Tamagotchis finally paid off. We managed to find some at this local toy store. The name itself is funny, and I've tried to pronounce it a couple of times with no luck what so ever. So, me and the crew got ourself FamiTamas. This'll be my second one. Since I've no patient to wait 'till you guys get yours I've decided to hatch this newly bought one with the crew. Oh, it's the blue one btw- without the DVD this time. This Tamagotchi is rather.... weird? It's just... odd! o_O Plus I don't really want to spoil the fun for you guys so I won't tell/describe so much about it. You'll have to find out on your own. What I could say is, beside of it being weird/odd, it's rather
kawaii
!!
We've also bought tickets to a Sumo (wrestling?) fight/game tomorrow(actually today). I've always wanted to watch that! I'm very excited, also a bit scared, but it'll pass. This years winter fashion(mode) is, I'm going to sound g*y now,
fabulous
! It couldn't be more right. I'm green of envy on the Japanese teenagers. They get the best out of life, indeed. My mother would be in heaven if she where with me, and so would any other fashion freak. The shoes are just amazing, both male and female ones. Both the sporty ones and the classy ones. The sunglesses, my gawd! I'm spending money like crazy. So far I've bought FIVE pairs- all different brands, none I know- or heard of. I think Anna would enjoy herself over here, am I wrong? So would anybody else, I bet. Who wouldn't, theres' something for everybody here!
There's this "Toy Museum" in Tokyo, which we've bought tickets for. We won't be going 'till Saturday, and you might think it's a little too early to buy tickets for it, but the demand is huge and they're almost always sold out. For a freak like me, who'll never grow out of toys, this will be a experience and opportunity for life. I'm really pshycked and can't wait. Plus Tokyo City is the whole reason I
adore
Japan! However, I'd love to visit other places, like the icelands scattered around Japan, or other small cities and villages. Kai-to, for instance. I think it's spelled like that.
Last time I where here we visited Yuna's grandmother, which lives "in the woods" all alone, 40 minutes away from the closest super market. I had, this'll sound cheesy, the chance to "connect" with my inner self, and her grandmother is a real sweet heart. I'd love to visit her again, and we will: next week. I can hardly wait. I'm such a sucker for these kind of things- families. Plus she has got all sort of pets! =D
Over to the Tama's. Well, well.
Jun'Ichi
got the job as an adventurer today. He had a "near death" encounter, as well. I'm not sure why, or how, but he where sick, had this major skull over his head that I weren't able to cure. I immediately paniced, 'cause I'm not ready to loose him. Yuna took him out of my hands, did something I'm not sure of and that was that. He's perfectly happy and cured now- sleeping comfy in his bed. I think she gave him one of those expensive elixirs 'cause somehow I lost like 30,000GP. I'm her ever so thankfull.
My blue V4,
Banna
shocked me. She went from Puchitchi -> Ringotchi. She broke the family/gene chain! Now, this is nothing new since the toddlers are actually able to transform into another family teenager. There's just no proven way of it. It all comes down to luck.
A brief explanation:
Puchitchi -> Meme family w/ the possibility -> Mame teen.
Mohitamatchi -> Kuchi family w/ the possibility -> Meme teen.
Haruchi -> Mame family w/ the possibility -> Meme teen.
Mizutamatchi -> Meme family w/ the possibility -> Kuchi teen.
See, in this case it's easiest to end up in the Meme family, unless breeding with a Kuchi family.
So for me to watch her change into Ringotchi, a Mame teen, was quite shocking, and not expected.
My other V4, the pink one,
Mee
gave me yet another shock one hour after
Banna
. She, same with her twin sister, broke the chain as well. Unlike
Banna
, tho, she went back to the Meme family by changing into a Ichigotchi! O_O It where not expected one bit, not one. I thought, since she already broke free from the Meme family, she'd continue in the Kuchi line. I already made up my mind to aim for Yattatchi. While with Banna giving up my hopes for a Furawatchi. Guess she felt how disappointed I was and decided she'd turn into Ichigotchi -> Furawatchi instead of her sister. Both of them are expected to change into adulthood tomorrow/today around 9 - 10 PM.
And lastly
Ash
! This guy is hanging onto life. He's 15 yrs old and not demanding at all. I've got him sick twice- wanting him to die faster. Yes, it is horrible, and I've lots of guilt feelings 'cause of it. I just want the chance to raise another Gotchi and this time aim for Kuchipatchi- which I've done all the other times but never really managed to neglect it enough in the toddler stage, or care for it enough in the teenstage.
Phew... that's all from me and my Tamagotchi's this time. It's a really long post/update, isn't it? Hehe.
Until next time: Take Care!

[looks at the blog] Where are the pictures of the sunglasses though?! Alex, you're killing me. Now I want a second Famitama too, just so I can connect them when I start mine up.

I knew I forgot something! No worries, I'll snap 105485754198952 pictures of my new sunnies and put it up tomorrow. Why not snap 14842450105 pictures of my new FamiTama while I'm at it- and my other gazillion other VP's I've bought!

Today has been lots and lots of fun. We went and saw that sumo fight. It was so much fun! I was really scared at first, 'cause we had the front "seats" and the ground where shacking every time one of them fell, or when the audience jumped up and down out of frustration. There where moments when I feared that one of the fighters would fall down onto us. I had every right, too, thought, because one of them almost lost his balance. Anyhow, it took some time 'till I felt comfy enough to jump up and down, cheering on my fighter. I didn't place/bet money on who'd win, however, some did. I had a great time. And I was shouting in Swedish all along, 'cause a few curse words came out every once in a while. [[blush]] The crew thought it was cool and were eager to learn some- just me luck, eh? I didn't want to teach 'em how to curse in Swedish, but I did it anyway 'cause of all the begging. We went out to a restaurant, a Italian one, after the game. I insisted in going to a Japanese one, 'cause I eat Italian/European food every day over in Sweden. I didn't manage to convince them though. The food was good nonetheless.
Not much else occurred. We went to the mall, where all the teenage kids hang around. I was being observed and flirted with, taunted by some and asked out by others. They took me to the game center, where I lost big time. We didn't do shopping today, which I'm thankful of. I do it, yet I'm not found of it. I challenged some kids on a Pokemon Card game and got my behind beated so bad. I've never been good at the card game to begin with, plus the cards are all in Japanese so I couldn't read their attacks and abilities. Speaking of Pokémon, isn't there a Pokémon Center in Tokyo? I'd like to go there! I've always been a fan of the game(s). The anime, on the other hand, ain't my thing.
I wish I'd stay here long enough to be able to watch the Tamagotchi movie. However, even if I did I wouldn't been able to 'cause it's all sold out in in and around Tokyo. I wouldn't really drive hours to the next town(s) just to watch the movie. My Tamagotchi's, though, has been very eventful: Both
Banna
and
Mee
changed into adult
Furawatchi
and
Marotchi
. I'm very pleased. Because both of the sisters are females, duh, I've decided to untab my yellow V2,
Adam
, who's a
Young Mimitchi
at the moment. He should change within the next few days. Probably by the time they've got a job- or been rejected one. As horrible as this might sound,
Ash
has finally died at the age of 16yrs. I'll miss the fellow, and cherish the memories of him, however, I will not wish him back- or regret letting him pass away.
Don't think I've no good news, 'cause after the hurricane the sun will always rise- or however the saying goes! At 3PM sharp the matchmaker brought
Jun'Ichi
the perfect mate- a
Purimatchi
. They made fireworks and a few seconds later, a baby boy! I'm very happy for him, he'll make a great dad. Yes, indeed. There's one last Gotchi to mention before I end this, and that is my Akai with my male
Memetchi
Hiroshi
inside. I've chosen to untab him, as well, 'cause I thought it'd be cool to have a Japanese Tamagotchi running in Japan. He's currently 7yrs old and we should be expecting the matchmaker as early as 10:30 AM tomorrow!
Now, I do have my white/blue FamiTama running, indeed, but I will not write a blog/log about it in any sort of way until you guys has got yours and hatched it. Why? Simple: If I do, then you'd know what to expect and I for one would hate it if someone spoiled the fun for me, why should I do it for you? No hard feelings, right? Good!
Another note: Yuna's mother had the camera all day long so I haven't been able to take any pictures.
Also, I'm sleepy for the first time in a couple of days- so, good night! ^_~
Until next time: Take Care!
