Have you gotten a [!] in the mail yet? Or are you saying your tama hasn't even been offered a job yet?

If it as been offered one and it keeps getting turned down you might need to play more games to earn some more skill points, because that is what determines what kind of job your tama will be able to get. Otherwise they will just continue to turn you down.

Also, your tama falling down on screen is a normal thing.

If this is the case, this could mean you've been pausing the tamagotchi a lot and its programming decides when job offers come about.

If you aren't pausing for long periods of time then it could be you haven't been checking your mail or you already have a job you are not aware of. If you select work on the connecting icon and you go to a mini game, pretty sure your guy is employed. If it shakes its head when doing that instead, that would indicate no job.

So you've selected the [!] in the mail and gone to be interviewed? There will be five jobs to choose from and if you're denied you can go on to try for the other ones.

I would try earning some more skill points, 80 should be enough but I know there are some jobs I had to earn 90-100 skill points to be accepted.
