Tamagotchi Log 11/13

It is time. It is time to revive my long lost tama connection. It is 8:30 at night. Haha, I’m just going to go for it. I replaced the battery and set the date and time. I watched humorously as the familiar egg bobbled up and down…then it happened. The tune only a real tama care taker can appreciate. I watched as the egg hatched into a small young male Babytchi.  I decided to name him Ed. He sat there squabbling and crying, kind of annoying actually. I fed him 4 meals and played jump with him twice. He was at full everything, now it was just time to wait. I played on my computer while Ed watched. He cried for me, nothing was wrong…but I knew what to do, hehe. Time out! He pouted for a while, then returned to his normal bouncy self. I checked his discipline level and it had gone up one! I am excited to raise Ed, I want him to be the best and longest lived tama I’ve ever had. Shortly after a few feedings and jump games, he took a nap. It was weird because it seemed like the nap took a lot longer than all the other tama babytchi’s I’ve had. Well, I turned off his lights and continued playing the computer, hehe. Soon he awoke, but he didn’t call out for me so I didn’t notice! Usually babies cry when they wake up! I fed him and played jump with him. By the way, I never like playing Dance, as you see, it takes way too long and it isn’t as gratifying. I listened carefully as I heard that lovely song! He changed in a flash to marutchi. Ed the Marutchi! I was glad to see him growing successfully. Shortly after he evolved he went to sleep. It was a long hour, but well worth it.

Tamagotchi Log 11/14

This morning I saw Ed sitting on my computer. I paused him, sadly, because I have school from 8 to 4, and he would be in bad shape if I left him on. Also everybody, I have another tamagotchi on the way, it is the Original Tamagotchi from 1997! I ordered him off of eBay and he should be coming tomorrow. Anyways, I paused him then made my way off to school. I came home after a long boring day, unpaused him, and got on the computer to do a little home work. Sorry guys I know it seems like I am on the computer all day, but I’m not, I keep my tama on my desk, so I usually can relate him and the computer together. Ed was a lot less difficult to care for as a Marutchi, and quite frankly, I wanted him to be more needy. I kept looking at Ed to see if he had anything to cry about, or any hearts that needed filling, but nothing! I am actually considering bringing him to school tomorrow so he can live in my locker! If anyone saw me with him…I would probably be the biggest laughing stock in the school! So, that’s the only reason he may continue life on my desk…with a friend soon! Well, life for Ed today was un eventful. He was reluctant to play any games with me, he only weighs 10 ounces, so, I understand. I am really trying to avoid giving him snacks. Well, he just went to bed. I have a lot of homework to do! World History…joy. Good bye guys!

Tamagotchi Log 11/15

I woke up … super sleepy, and not looking forward to the dreary day of school ahead of me. I paused sleeping Ed, and headed out the door, after I got ready and ate breakfast first. Let me back up for a minute…yesterday, the fourteenth, I was having very strange back spasms. My back was tightening up, and becoming very sore, and I had no idea what was causing it. So, today, the fifteenth, I went to school, and First Period…I had a back spasm. It was un bearable, so I called my mom and she came and took me home. I just got home actually! Hehe. Well, I unpaused Ed, he was bobbling around the screen. He didn’t need anything, so I left the room, then I heard that song. I turned back and saw on the screen, Ed, in a new form…Itchygotchi! Sadly, for Ed, I am so sick of Itchigotchis. They are very annoying, and for some reason I always get them! I am not going to hold Ed accountable for this though. I’m gonna treat him nicely just the same.  It is 11;40 am right now, and I am eagerly waiting for the mail to come to see if my new tama has arrived. Well, its been about an hour now, so I am going to go check the mail…dang our tama friend hasn’t arrived yet. Oh Ed just pooped! It annoys me sometimes when they are missing a happy heart, but don’t want to play games, Ed tried pullin’ that move on me, so I put him in timeout, with no prevail. Hey by the way, here’s a picture of Ed! Sorry, I know you cant see him that well, I just haven’t figured out how to make the picture look better lol. Well, Ed seems to have had a good year! I’m gonna stop this log for now, and if our tama friend for some reason DOES show up in the mail, I’ll let ya know. See ya around guys!

Hey, hope your back is feeling better! Here's a tip: if your Tama doesn't want to play a game and isn't sick or anything, it's probably because it's at a minimum weight. Playing games reduces their weight a little bit. For each age, there is a minimum weight for them, and they won't play games if it'll make them weigh less than their minimum. So if they won't play, feed a snack. The snack will fill a happy heart and raise their weight so that they'll agree to play next time.

lol thanks, and yeah i am kinda confused though...would it be better to give him a snack then work if off with a game, or just leave the heart empty till he becomes hungry?

Snacks don't fill hungry hearts, just happy hearts, so you can feed your Tama a snack anytime (until they weigh 99 lbs.). There's no need to "work off" a snack; Tamas don't get high blood pressure or anything, they can handle an extra pound or two (or 99).

As far as I know, it's doesn't, although I know that in Osutchi/Mesutchi if you reach 99 lbs. your character temporarily becomes Debutchi, a character who fills up the whole screen. I don't know if that feature is in any of the newer Tamas... anyone know?

Actually, I think the weight does have an effect, if my Tamas are quite heavy, even if I take perfect care of them otherwise, I usually end up with Masktchi or gozarutchi. BTW, nice log!

Oh i gotta clarify. On Mesu/Osu when you get to 99 pounds you get a chubby faced character on the screen. So i was meaning when I got my v3 to 99 that nothing special like that happened =)
