My Tamas don't distract me very much at all, but that's probably because I don't do very much these days. As a recent high school grad who's not immediately going to college next year, I have all the time in the world to attend to my little babies without fuss right now. I'm running 3 P1's and one V4.

However, I can attest to a time when they distracted me quite a bit. In 8th grade the V1 had just come out and I was checking up on my Tama a few times in each class. If my mom was in town I'd hire her as a sitter when I was in dance class; otherwise I'd stop to get a drink and check up on it. My friends and family accused me of being a Tamagotchi addict and that I needed to focus on the real world. It's amazing how much different it is when you don't have anything to do with yourself.

Mine don't distract me at all, I can run six at once and do other things as well. I like to have some running during final exams time because its something to do between studying.
