There it was, the perfect Tamagotchi shell-decor:
See-through Yellow, with Light Green buttons(ew), a Green star (ew again!), Dark Green "Tamagotchi" text under the IR(ew yet again!) and.. and.. a Kutchipatchi logo on the left corner!
It felt like I died and gone to heaven. I just had to have it, and I did. I bought it even though my Angelgotchi swallowed half of my money. XD
I wish I had a picture, but my cam is broken at the moment.
I tried to google it up but there's none. Maybe it's a Sweden-exclusive only Tama?
We had a Blue and Yellow, representing the Swedish flag, exclusive V3 last year, who knows.

No... way. A Kuchipatchi shell!? Was it just a design shell cover or was it the actual tamagotchi?! I WISH I SAW IT!

It'd be cool to have a Kuchipatchi shaped Tamagotchi, but unfortunally it's just a design shell cover with a happy Kuchipatchi picture/logo printed on the left corne. Very much like the Tamagotchi Keitai Akai Kuchipatchi Shell Design, if you've ever seen it. They used to sell 'em on YesAsia.com, very rare ones that'd go for $50/each.

I am digging the logs Seraphim. I also have an Odenkun Tamagotchi which I'm running right now Smiley I think you'll enjoy it as I am. There's not much in the ways of translated instructions or logs I could find for it, so I'm learning as I go. If you need any help let me know!

Thanks TigerLily,
I can't play right away with mine, but once I do, I guess I'll have to do like you do and learn as I go.
That's what most of us did as kids with Gen1 and Gen2 anyhow.
It'll be just like the old times. ;P

These logs are awesome! An excellent start here! Cheesy

And just so you know, I'm a boy who loves Tamagotchi as well, so your defiantly not alone as I can see that several of the other guys have posted already. I don't care what anyone thinks of my Tamas, and I'm glad you see it that way as well. Although I really can't say I've gotten any negative responses from anyone that I know, except my family who teases me a little, but I don't mind that. ^_^

Keep up the great logs! Smiley

Thanks a bunch Gin and Jiro, I appreciate your thoughts and concerns.
It's good to know there's other guys out there with Tama's.  Wink
I've to agree with Jiro's friend, real men do have Tamagotchi's! She's clever indeed. XD

I've been searching far and wide for another Forestgotchi/Tamagotchi Garden/Morino Tamagotch, since mine's broken, but I simply can't find one. Jason's Store is full of Tama's but they're mostly Japanese Plus,Entama and Ketai ones. ;(
YesAsia.com of course only has the latest gotchi's.
I miss my bugs! D;
I'm seriously going crazy here. Not a single one... I haven't tried Yahoo yet, though. ;O

Yeah.. So I tired TamaSchool this morning -btw I've a day off- and threw it away 1 min later. I can't stand it. =/
It's more of a lame attempt to fuse Tamagotchi and a video game together rather than a Tamagotchi. (But the characters in it are all cute!)
It's my own opinion though, there's plenty out there that really enjoy it. I respect that.
I might end up giving it to my 13-year old cousin. She've always wanted to be a teacher. And her father, my aunt's husband, is Japanese (that's how I got most of my japanese gotchi's translated) so she'll be just fine.  Plus she's also into Tamagotchi's.
We both use(abuse more like it) her father to get/buy us Japanese Tamagotchi's when he's visiting his parents in Shibuya! Gotta love him, loads and loads. Our own private japanese gotchi eBay! XD

Can you give details on the names of the stores that he goes to to find Tamagotchis?

My mother is from Kyoto and she can't find Tamagotchis anywhere when she goes to visit, nor can my grandparents who live in Kyoto and always have their eyes open for me. Apparently they just sell out way too fast! The only time my grandparents have ever been able to successfully acquire a Japanese Tamagotchi for me was when they ordered an Entama from a reseller listed in a newspaper.

I'm going to Japan in February and I will almost definitely be visiting Tokyo on that trip, so I really want to check out some Tamagotchi sources!

I wish I had Japanese relatives, by blood or other. I don't even think that tamagotchi are big in Ukraine...

I was worried about getting the TamaSuku, so I'm happy that not everyone is thrilled at it (which makes me not HAVE to get it. Plus, my tamallowance is over for October). I don't like how they make tamagotchi more point-orientated and job-orientated each time. The FamiTama is what I'm really excited for. Got a counter and everything!

I'm loving the bug signature as well. They're adorable

Oh and I did mean the Kuchipatchi shell design on the actual tamagotchi, not the shell shape =p. I hope your camera gets fixed soon cos I'm really rarin' to see it! I LOVE Kuchipatchi. Such a sweetheart! By the shell design I was talking about, I meant the skins that you can buy for the new V4.5s that you can put on top and decorate with stickers.

I've no clue, but I'm willing to ask him if you want.
I think his family runs a toy store, or knows a family that does or whatever.

You have that over in the US?! Oh my gawd! BanDai is really spoiling you and the Japanese ppl!
There's no love for us Europeans, just some rare tamagotchi's color here and there (mostly Japanese rip-offs), nothing else. ;(
They don't even bother with us... Unless you live in UK, German or Spain! *raise fist in anger*
I haven't bought any of those skins you mentioned. I bought a fully new V4.5, see-thought yellow body with green buttons, star on the antenna, border and "TAMAGOTCHI" text. With a happy little Kuchipatchi on the top left corner. It's adorable.
I'll try to get a pic ASAP!

10/10/2007 Day 5.
Milk has bored me to death! Thought, I dunno what happened, during a 10 min period he started to beep every two mins. Amazing, I thought. Not as amazing as I'd hope for, however. He just needed attention and got sick during that time. (That means he'll evolve into an adult soon, right?)
I went downtown with my paused V4 and batteryless V2 and V3.
I unpaused Cai on the bus. He where an adorable Young Kuchipatchi, and for some reason I've been boosting his Social/Kind/Friendship/The Flower Icon (dunno what it's called) since he hatched. I don't know why.
I've some bad and good news, though.

Bad news-
Keuputchi, Smelly Feet(forgot the name) on Gen1, died this morning at the age of 20. ;(
I where amazed he made it past 10 years. He where one of the most unhealthy characters and they usually dies at the age of 8-10 years. I've to admit that Smelly Feet is not my favorite character and I was not even aiming for him...
In one way or another I grew more and more attached to him as he grew.
I'm not ready to let go yet, which is why I won't reset. I'll just let his spirit levitate on the screen.
R.I.P Keuputchi
My Gen2, with Mimitchi on, called Bean died 10 mins ago at the age of 29.
I guess he couldn't make it any longer without his kid brother by his side. ->Yeah, I treated Keuputchi and Bean as brothers. I gotta grow up, I know, I know.<-
Loosing two dear gotchi's on the same day really puts you in a rotten mood.
My 13-year old cousin, Yoko, which I mentioned earlier, where actually the one whom hatched, named and nursed/took care of him into the teen stage.
We rarely see each other, and I love her as if she where my own baby sister and I'm a bit overprotective.
Which is what made Bean into the most precious gotchi I've had in a long time.
Same with the other, I won't reset him yet.
R.I.P Bean
That's all the bad ones.

Good news-
Ah, my, gawd!
Cai evolved one hour after I unpaused him:
I where in the electronics store, with some friends, to buy my tama's some batteries when I heard the sound of him evolving.
I picked him out of my bag, along with some money to pay for the stuff and I saw the most adorable, cutest and coolest character there'll ever exsist! A Kuchipatchi!!
I was so glad that I lost the controll of myself: I jumped up and down, right and left, laughing and screaming out of joy!
It was kind of awkward, too, since everyone stared at me but who cares, I've got myself a Kuchipatchi
I'll mate him with my paused/dead Memetchi, Dixy, when he's older.
Two adorable parents ought to give amazing kids.  Wink

Even though I've lost two beloved gotchi's I've gained one back. This day might not end up so bad after all.
