Ketotchi used to be the name that peopled called the American Gen1/P1 secret character. It is a Japanese name that means 'foreigner' in a derogatory sense. The name has been changed and is now called Gaijintchi, as it means just plain 'foreigner'. Then of course later on people began to call it Bill, do to it's likeness to a certain American President. I prefer Gaijintchi.
